Not happy with some fans. Relationship between team and fans can be damaged very quickly. It felt at the end of the game yesterday the usual celebration was reluctant and muted from players, not so much Clement. I don't know if anyone noticed also Makama went off the field first after the lap and briefly rerurned to the dugout area and watched but seemed to have no interest in coming back to join in once he realised the other ms had stopped in front of the Barclay. I wonder if for some players there was an element of sod you, you were booing, saying we were crap and singing to the oppo fans how s**t must you be not long before and it's not something they would immediately forget. Not excusing anything and players must accept valid criticism, but just thinking it must come across as a bit two-faced to some. I wouldn't be in a hurry to take plaudits from people who were hurling abuse at me the week - or even half - before in this case. Also for Maghoma, perhaps he didn't like the press attention he got recently after quite rightly (if tried) being pulled up by a Norwich fan (I think) and he hasn't responded with the right level of maturity.
