It’s sad how it fell in the 80’s but there are some good signs of improvement

London Road South shops are mostly occupied and the triangle has turned into an antiques area so many shops occupied there.
London Road North is depressing with the empty Tescos and Coop. The Britten Centre is really sad indeed.
The old Bolton and Paul site is supposed to be redeveloped soon and there are loads of ships in
