Philippe Clement will face the media at Colney this lunchtime as Norwich City prepare to host Watford at Carrow Road tomorrow afternoon.
---------------------------------------------------------------

PC: Charlton repercussions - everyone has been positive and united before Charlton. Found solutions after opening 20m. A lot of positives from the game.

PC on reports of burnout: It's the world we live in. Don't take the points and people will come up with stories. They are not exhausted.

PC: Players know the truth, they know how united they are. Good chemistry, good synergy.

PC: Still a few players with 'smaller things'... decisions to be made. No ID of players.

PC on Toure: We've been talking a lot, weekly contact with Mo. We demanded a few things of him - weight, exercise etc ... and he needs to fill in the wellness report every day. If not, he will take the first flight back.

PC: He looks really fit, he has shown me his body on video!

PC on Elliott Myles: EM is making really good progress. He had injuries last season so his body is still coping with loads. He has shown good things in U21s games I have watched. Not consistent yet. But much fitter.

PC on Watford: They started four at back, problems with balance. They brought in some good players. A lot of offensive qualities but struggling keeping balance in the team. We expect they will now stick with five at the back - it will be hard to break open that wall.

PC: Two games last season were in the balance. Different season now so we are not busy with the past.

PC: It is a big week, three games in 8 days. We need to be ready but it is about getting a result against Watford first.

PC on recent results: Too much up and down. Need more consistency with the group.

PC on 50th game this weekend: That goes fast! I am not counting - i hope i can put a lot of extras even a zero behind it because I love it here. The most important thing is they support the players.

PC: No boos in early stages at Charlton, fans got behind team and that was a big thing - want a better start tomorrow.

PC: Totally busy and only just found out the Brewers won World Series - now about to send Mark Attanasio a message of congratulations.
