Needs a change in formation

Our wingers won't or can't defend and our 10s have gone from world beaters to league two standard. Play 433. Stick Field in as holding, Mattsson and Wright either side. Makama upfront. Hire a defensive coach and go back to basics. Work on our defensive shape and go from there.
