Don’t think Knapper or Clement are the problem. The

owners and their business model needs scrutiny. It’s all about buying young players with potential and selling them on and therefore be successful in the pitch whilst becoming financially viable. Well it clearly isn’t working and it doesn’t reflect just how difficult it is to get out of the Championship. Knapper has the owners model in mind when he recruits and Clement is in the same boat. Don’t see it changing until the ownership realise not all sports are the same.
