Punk came along and we didn't have a record player so I don't have a lot of the early stuff - a mate of mine has an incredible collection of punk, though - must be worth a fortune. I'd say mine's not bad for 80s & early 90s punk/indie.

It sounds like I'm not quite as liberal in my tastes as yourself - I progressed through punk into indie and back into psychodelia, into more indie and into dance & techno via Madchester. I don't buy an awful lot of music these days, but I do use SoulSeek to download the occasional old classic ... A lot I've already paid for once anyway.

Go Team! was a great, great tip a few weeks ago by the way (although Creosote, I think, spotted them a couple of months earlier).
