there's a burger van in my manor that i reckon is a front for a drug dealership, he puts up a closed sign at around 17.30 hours and he is still there long into the night. sometimes he's still there around midnight, it can't take that long to clean up after making a few bacon baps. if i was a plod i'd be making some routine enquiries. or buying some drugs.
