Today I become 63-Up, so I'm of the same era and have watched it throughout

Watched them all, from 7 to 63, on ITVX over the past 2 weeks, ahead of the final episodes.

I feel as though I've grown with them over the years and it makes you reflect on your own life and the passing of time, which we don't often do. It also brings your own mortality into sharp focus.

What an emotional series and ending. Possibly, arguably, some of the best long-form documentary making in the history of TV.

I would recommend to anyone and everyone... something in my eye 🥹
