Clubs were running the calcs on a shadow basis last year. Did NCFC vote against the switch? Only 4 clubs in the championship did, so reasonable to assume we voted in favour.

I hear the SCR constraint issue, but I would suggest the real one is pissing our SCR capacity up the wall on Crnac / Kvistgaarden / Jurasek, players that are of limited use to Clement, rather than a lack of financial fire power. The problem lies firmly with Knapper.

Presumably we also could have spent more this summer, but it would have come at the cost of being even more constrained next summer? Who knows what vision PC was sold last November.
