I agree, I drove into the City from Sprowston a few days back at the traffic lights at the

Artichoke, 4 druggies ran across the road in front of me & I nearly ran them over (1 full over in the gutter), I got to the Wig & Penn & the same thing happened, coming back near the Cathedral 4 men thought they were as hard as nails & walked as slow as they could to make me stop, (which I wasn't prepared to do) & they scattered, all of these people looked as drugged up as you could be & this was at about 1.30pm.
