why doesnt Israel .....

do all the things you list to the Arabs and muslims that live within the borders of Israel

and just for the record Israel supplied 10% of the water ,50% of the electricity to Gaza and allowed the people of gaza access to hospitals in Israel to receive treatment not available in Gaza
