xG take much longer to show those things. Other more specific stats are a bit better.
The problem its often still subjective.

Would a better keeper have done better in that situation sort of stuff....

Look at the 3 Bs in the Prem

They have the same stats everyone does but have consistently had great results in the transfer market.
It's not a fluke.
