Cordoba under Hoff...

Being asked to do things he can't do consistently and being forced into errors because of predictability on what we were going to do.

Cordoba under PC... smooth operator...goes short or long...keeps it simple...does his job well.
Helps having an experienced CB as a manager.

Hoff made our offensive players more valuable to sell but hung the defensive players out to dry.
