You've clearly never been to Middlesborough if you think the two are comparable

There is deprivation in some parts of Norfolk and Suffolk, but it's on an entirely different scale to that in the poorest parts of the North East.
It genuinely would take somebody with no grasp of reality to fail to acknowledge that.
