I’ve been a cyclist for 50 years.

There are some idiot cyclists, but the problem is mainly people who aren’t actually recreational or competitive cyclists. More people who use bicycles to get about. Battered mountain bikes (most likely not road-worthy), ridden on pavements, no lights and often smoking and or using their phones. I’m also a runner and I’ve had numerous incidents and close shaves with these scum.
