funny you should mention it today was the innaugral test of the pump!

not going to lie it was f**king incredibly difficult and nearly killed me but i connected everything up; electrics, a steel suspension cable and a safety rope in case the steel cable has a failure, connected the pump up to 25m of 25mm MDPE water pipe, flipped the switch to on, heard the pump do a couple of bumps and then after about ten seconds water starteed gushing out of the end of the pipe! i've just dinged a reducing valve on the 25 mm end and throttled her down to 20mm pipe added 30 metres of that and she sings! much more powerful than a hosepipe.

and that's not all, i just ran a pond water test kit on the well water and it's PH neutral with zero phosphates/nitrites or ammonia. unlimited free water wahoo!! apart from the cost of the pump/pipe/vlves/in-line filters and other its and bobs that is. i think all in it's cost me round the 750 quid mark but i am WELL happy!

i done a thing! 💦
