Only just saw that League One and League Two aren't going down to 8th
So, that's three divisions of 24 teams, in the same competition, but each with entirely different arrangements for both promotion and relegation. Why?

Relegation: Three
League One
Promotion: Two plus one from four
Relegation: Four
League Two
Promotion: Three plus one from four
Relegation: Two

- I *guess* the logic could be that the economics are different in each league?
