Really interesting watch and no attempt to censor what we can see

When PC took over at the back end of last year, many of the players still weren't match fit. With the season a few weeks away we now have a squad collectively going into oxygen debt, because he is working them so hard.
The group seems to be enjoying the intensity and morale seems high.
Great to see Makama stretching and jumping and others looking strong and conditioned.
Not long to go now until we find out how prepared we are to get off to a strong start.
