It really seems that terrorism has a new definition these days. If you murder somebody but

don’t make sure the world (or at least your little world) knows why you murdered her, then it’s not really terrorism is it?

Politically motivated perhaps? But again if you just do it, don’t put a message out and then don’t claim it, and even try to get away with it then nobody knows which demographic are presumably meant to be terrified. 78 year olds? Virgins? Women?
