Water bills

Approx ten years ago I used to think our water and sewage bills were too low.
Now I'm paying about four times that amount and the regulator still wants more to cover for the ineptitude of the water companies.
At least they haven't been paying out big bonuses whilst ruining our rivers.

Oh wait!!!!
