Cos otherwise Lay would have revealed that the Twin Towers were blown up by the CIA so as to destroy all the incriminating documents about Bush, Enron and the Zionist conspiracy, and then they pinned it on the Arabs and invaded Iraq to grab the oil while making sure that the Enron proecutors would never get their hands on what they needed, but then Bush ratted on the deal to get Lay acquitted so Lay was going to squeal and had to be hit.

Either that or Lay isn't really dead, it's all a cover up.
