I disagree. Had the spin or trajectory changed so slightly that it was not

visible on the video footage, it could still have then compounded the way it came off the defender’s back and therefore presented to the goalscorer.

So they make a subjective assumption that this is the case when they could easily measure whether it was indeed the case or not.
