It’s not subjective though is it? Currently you’ve got one objective assertion from a

single data point - touch or no touch - and then use subjectivity to assume this gave unfair advantage.

If you measure trajectory and spin change then you remove the subjective assumption by applying objectivity to two more data points that prove beyond doubt whether the touch had any influence on the outcome, proving objectively if any unfair advantage could have been gained or not.
