yeah, I mostly agree

when watching last night, I did wonder if over time, this kind of reffing might also encourage more fouling, once players get used to it! (Defenders / tacklers are definitely getting the benefit of the doubt more - and there's so often some doubt).

But overall agree with you that diving, simulation and drawing fouls is a bigger problem than persistent or cynical fouling at the moment. So think I'm in the same place as you.
