Hmmm are they talking about you?

I am currently watching the match between Berretini and Wawrinka. It's brilliant. However there is a Chinese woman in the crowd yelling out "Let's Go, Stan, Let's Go in bad English literally every 5 minutes, sometimes at quite inappropriate moments. It is really starting to piss me off and actually spoil my enjoyment of this game. I also think it must be quite off putting for both players. I can't understand why she's not been told to shut up or leave. I'd certainly be having a word if I was there. Does anyone know the rules at Wimbledon for this sort of unruly behaviour?
