You can buy conditional tickets - a certain number are allocated for each fixture. The way it works in England is you register your interest in the games and the opportunity to purchase them is allocated based on your “caps” (I.e. number of previous games attended). In this tournament, payment is taken upfront and then refunded if your team does not progress. This is definitely different from Euro 2024 where you only bought the ticket once the team progressed.
