Truly dramatic, compelling, maybe even heroic. But also over far too quickly and hasn’t obviously influenced the game positively in terms of moving us towards a winning position.

It all feels a bit like this England team in tldr form.

Compare and contrast with Mitchell who ground out a truly fantastic 100 over hours to slowly but surely create a winning position for his team.
