There were 15000 heat related deaths in France in the 2003 heatwave.

Government promised to sort it out.

All talk. Care homes, hospitals and schools still without A/C.

No doubt 'politics' got involved in this non-action.

This heatwave (this week has been very difficult to deal with) has been even more extreme than 2003.

I dont think we will ever get to see the numbers. Very grim.
