Motability isn't a Govt expense

What you are actually saying is that you want to cut entitlement to the highest mobility component of disability benefits, which is what people give up to access the scheme. If the scheme didn't exist, the benefit would still be paid out.

Fair enough if that's your view, but stop hiding behind 'MoTAbilTy!!'
