He’s been an utter catastrophe from start to finish

Some former Prime Ministers are viewed more favourably in hindsight than they were at the time - John Major being a good example.
This guy won’t be - he has made bad decisions after bad decisions.
Not least who he has appointed to his cabinet - the incompetent liar Reeves needs to follow him in the near future.
