This issue seems to be the left arm which comes out

Which would be hand to ball but looking again it doesn’t seem conclusive and could be the right which was tucked in.

However there is a sensor in the ball which I’d have thought they could to be sure

From the evidence I’ve seen it’s not a clear and obvious error so the on field decision stands
