I love coaching

And I love the tech. We have video analysis of all the players so each player gets a video of every touch they made in the match. We can annotate the video etc for team meetings. It’s revolutionised coaching.

Seeing younger people grow and achieve is what spurs me on. Some of them are better than players I played with and I played with some very decent Olympians. And it makes me so excited and proud when they do well. One scored a ridiculous goal and I’ve got it on my phone and bore my mates with the video of it often, it was pure genius by the young man.
