you have to pay a little extra for a garden waste bin if you want one but it's not compulsory so that's all well and good.

not complaining about that though as i've opted in but i do think the council should be offering a council tax rebate now that they are refusing to take some electrical/battery powered appliances at the tip. these fascist service deniers are literally getting away with murder at my bloody expense.
