Front page news here in West Suffolk, wrong bins, no bins, no collections, wrong stuff in

bins then not collected, food waste, maggots, vermin, foxes.....etc
...and in case of bin fires keep your bins 6 metres away from your house!

still better than stories about pot holes and car park fees I suppose
