3 points doesn’t guarantee qualification

When it’s been 4 3rd places from 6 groups in the last 3 euros, 5 of the 9 teams finishing 3rd with 3 points have missed out. Now it’s 8 from 12 group. Need to beat Haiti convincingly I reckon.
