That sounds a bit silly...

...what I mean is Eindhoven isn't centraal in Holland. Most central Dutch town is probably Utrecht.

But Eindhoven is the last bastion of civilisation without too long a trip to Maastricht. Truly central between Maastricht and Venlo would be Sittard but I wouldn't go there unless you think Norwich is a bit too exciting.
