It’s not, though

It’s letting some people live in this country. We don’t allow everybody to stay, we can’t stop every person wanting to come here from getting here. Realistically, the situation that exists currently is the only possible one, with a few tweaks and adjustments. Unless you seriously think we should have a military presence at every inch of the border, or something similar, cutting off all access from the outside world. Imagine the effect that would have, on all aspects of our country’s everyday existence.
