Pensioner forced out of season ticket by price hike

Am I being unfair in thinking this chap could move to another part of the stadium and reduce his season ticket from over £3k to about £300 for a pensioner?

The Arthur South Lounge does look rather comfortable, these must be the seats Chase was referring to when he described the (then new) City Stand as being like a trip to the theatre.

I’m assuming you must also get a meal and hospitality for the cost of this seat?
