I'm afraid however I do think you'd have to be pretty naive to think it's not happening - and simply condemning anyone who raises the possibility as some sort of right wing maniac who knows nothing about he world bar what they read in the telegraph is basically silly, and does very little good (& is probably part of why we've ended up with the car crash of a system described by the Milburn Report, and nobody in politics daring go near it because they fear being thought of as nasty people - by people like you)
