This is true and it’s part of a much bigger conversation

The benefits system is now a lifestyle choice for many Brits - why would they get a low paid job? Until this changes they won’t be forced into the workplace.
You are correct in saying people from overseas fill these job roles, but the short term benefit of them covering a low skilled and low paid job role is swamped by the long term cost of pensions and paying for family members etc.
