The Fair Trade thing...

...is hugely important, and something we can all do to make a difference. If we all chucked Fair Trade tea in our baskets every week instead of PG Tips, the benefit for Africa would be colossal.

This is why the G8 convention is so important, so we can get the ridiculous Free Trade laws changed. Then some real progress can be made.

As for the ebay tickets, when I think of what could be done with the hundreds of quid that Live 8 tickets are going for, it makes me a little queasy. But then the Westerner is always looking for a way to make a quick buck.
