under current conditions i would say no ......

as the club allow you to transfer your ticket to another person

But what i can see happening is season tickets being withdrawn if not used or sold back to the club a set percentage of games .. a empty seat is one that could be sold for full match day price along with potential money not spent on beer/tea/coffee etc
