We’re vetted when applying for jobs, by social services for example for adoption and running children clubs etc. Vetted by other countries if applying for visas.

I’ve been dbs checked twice in my life and vetted via job references on multiple occasions. The people entering this country illegally have had had NOTHING checked before being allowed to roam our streets.
