Stockport County in the League One PO Final
They’ve had an incredible ride over the last 24 years - relegated from Championship level in 2002 (anyone remember Andy Dibble getting sent off after about a minute at Carrow Road in 01/02?).
Went down to Tier 6 of English football and now on the cusp of being back in Tier 2.
