I think everyone is just taking issue with your assertion that he merited a red card whether or not it was a deliberate stamp.

("Accident, no intent, it doesn't matter, he stood on his bollocks and its a red card.")

But you do seem to have back-tracked on that now, so fair enough. (But have tried to obscure that by dragging up stuff about Rooney's behaviour in other games...)
