The defender does not "push" him, his arms are low and have nothing to do with his balance as he jumps way before his team mate is even involved.

The photo you posted shows his arm has nowhere else to go due to the striker. It's therefore in no way a deliberate or negligent handball.

Verdict: no penalty and match winning goal
