Obviously there are cyber threats from every corner of the world and equally obviously there are lots of every skill in India, but India is not usually considered one of the leaders of that particular expertise, so was surprised as to why you chose that country rather than examples such as Iran, Russia, Ukraine, US or China.

I suspect in your case it was simply down to the fact that they were cheap.
