2018/19 - 7th placed Eastleigh got to the final four four and 3rd place Salford were promoted.

2019/20 - 7th placed Barnet made the final four but 2nd place Harrogate were promoted.

2020/21 - Neither 6th or 7th made the final four, 4th placed Hartlepool went up.

2021/22 - 6th placed Grimsby were promoted

2022/23 - Neither 6th nor 7th made the final four, 2nd place Notts County were promoted.

2023/24 - Neither 6th nor 7th made the final four, 3rd place Halifax promoted.

2024/25 - 7th placed Barnet made Southend made the play off final but were beaten by 5th place Oldham

2025/26 - Neither 6th nor 7th made the final four, 2nd place Rochdale promoted.
