Not sure you're right there Chaz

I think the big problem atm is the grappling and obstructing. It's hard to penalise because it's so hard to know who's to blame.

Whereas if you rush the 6-yard area once the ball is on the way and barge into the keeper then it's just a foul (as it should be).

Suspect this change would make it much easier to enforce the rules sensibly (if they were allowed to).
