Women’s FA cup semi finals not at neutral grounds. How’s that fair?

One leg too I believe. Is that how the men’s semi finals used to be? Thought they were always neutral even in the 80s when we played Everton etc

Because they have a draw. One team is drawn at home and the other is away.
